Situated in the very south of Germany, Constance is directly at the border to the Swiss neighbouring city Kreuzlingen.

An international flair and more than 3.300 companies contribute to the reputation of an attractive science and business location of the border town.

The roots of the historical Constance are to be found in the ancient world.

Constance also gained fame for its biggest „conference“ in the years 1414 and 1418, the so called „Konstanzer Konzil“.

At that time 50.000 people attended while Constance just had 6.000 citizens.

Hospitality still embosses the hotels and gastronomy nowadays.

Traditional hotels and famous taverns create culinary viands of the Lake of Constance region all-season.
